Commercial Lines Account Manager, Fort Worth, Houston, Lubbock, Oklahoma City and Plainview
Assist producers with design or independently design insurance programs for clients; assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes; provide technical support to producers; prepare proposals/applications and submit them to insureds and carriers; prepare summaries of insurance schedules and proposals for account reviews.

Commercial Lines Sr. Account Manager, Atlanta
Collectively or independently plan, design and implement insurance programs for clients that coincide with agency guidelines; maintain knowledge of new developments or changes with carriers and new federal/state laws; consult, inform and educate clients about coverage, exclusions and exposures; provide technical support to producers; investigate, initiate and prepare proposals and applications, submit them to insureds and carriers, obtain client signatures, follow up to ensure timely responses, all in conjunction with producer; prepare summaries of insurance schedules and proposals for account review; remarket, contact clients and follow up in conjunction with producers; renew policies by agency standards; consult, inform and educate audit procedures to clients; set priorities and manage work flow to ensure efficient, timely and accurate processing of transactions and other responsibilities; represent the agency in conjunction with producers in handling complaints, arbitrating disputes or resolving grievances; facilitate a productive and amicable working relationship between clients and producers; develop and maintain a positive relationship and rapport with each insurance carrier to satisfy our clients’ needs and facilitate the processing of business; seek referrals from client base. Requires CIC or equivalent designation, Property and Casualty license and five years of experience.

Commercial Lines Customer Service Representative, Fort Worth and San Antonio
Fulfill client service requests for commercial lines insurance accounts in a pleasant, professional and timely manner; assist in the marketing of new and renewal commercial lines accounts; ensure client satisfaction through checking policies, issuing binders, certificates and endorsements, handling cancellations, providing information, answering questions, performing research and reviewing accounts; work closely with producers to offer additional insurance products to existing and potential customers. Must have two years of experience and a property/casualty insurance license.

Employee Benefits Account Coordinator, Austin
Obtain clients’ trust by meeting their needs and expectations; maintain a professional relationship with clients and carrier representatives through exceptional customer service; support producers in generating new business and renewing existing business; serve as an advocate for clients and their employees through positive relationships with carriers and continuous education. Entry level position. 

Employee Benefits Sr. Account Manager, McKinney
All of the responsibilities of the Employee Benefits Account Manager, plus supervise, coach and manage an assigned team of account managers. Life and Health Agent's License required. Three years' experience in employee benefit account management and ACSR accreditation preferred. 

Personal Lines Producer, Austin
Ensure that business is placed in markets where commitments have been made and where the firm will maximize its income potential; work with telemarketing to develop a book of business; develop and maintain relationships with clients, potential clients and carrier representatives; determine which markets to visit and the most efficient use of limited time; take leads from the firm's sales center. Professional designation and three years or less experience in carrier and agency environments are required. College degree is preferred.

Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, Pensacola, FL

5500 Specialist, Fort Worth
Research previous health and welfare 5500 filings and plan documentation; gather data and prepare health and welfare 5500s for clients to submit; research questions and issues, including discussion with appropriate producer team; log activity into designated software for reporting purposes; create plan documents, SPDs, etc.; assist and cross train on other team functions; assist with marketing Higginbotham’s products and services to clients and prospects; assist the director of compliance with other projects as requested. Bachelor's degree, at least two years of related experience and Life & Health License required.
